The World Wide Study Bible is an amazing information source. You select a book and chapter. The web site provides access to articles about that book, the biblical text as it appears in many translations, audio scripture, commentaries, sermons, meditations, hymns, study guides, and lectures.
SwordSearcher is multipurpose software that displays Bible text, several commentaries, dictionaries, "encyclopedias, topical guides, and regular books, " maps, charts, etc. It is downloadable in a free trial version as shareware.

Nave's Topical Bible at: http://www.biblestudytools.net/Concordances/NavesTopicalBible/ You can enter a word (e.g. faith) and click on the Lookup box to find a list of Bible passages containing faith: (e.g. faith, faithful, faithfully, faithfulness, etc.) There is also a Find Similar box that also searches for similar topics. Finally, there is an alphabetical list of topics available.
Strong's Exhaustive Concordance at: http://www.biblestudytools.net/Concordances/ It works in a similar manner to Nave's, except that it searches for a word rather than a topic.
Torrey's Topical Textbook at: http://www.biblestudytools.net/Concordances/ It is similar to Nave's.

Crosswalk.com has many online commentaries, including Matthew Henry Concise Commentary; Matthew Henry Complete Commentary; Geneva Study Bible; Jamieson, Fausset, Brown Commentary; Treasury of Scripture Knowledge; Wesley's Explanatory Notes; People's New Testament; and Darby's Synopsis of the New Testament.
