A Child Never Born

You had the choice of life,
You went the other way.
They told you, ĎThe baby wonít feel ití;
They do it everyday.
But as they kill the baby,
As your baby dies
Something deep inside you
Makes you hear the babyís cries.
Suddenly you realize
You took the easy way out.
There were other ways to do it;
Other ways to go about.
But you chose only the one,
You took away her breath.
The gift you gave your baby
Was the gift of death.
Now you wonder what to do?
Well, now itís time to mourn
Because your baby is a child
That was never born.
