• 2008-SEP-07: Lebanon: Shiite leader calls for dialogue: Hezbollah Shiite Chief Hasan Nasrallah renewed his call for a national dialogue as soon as possible and without preconditions. He said: "We are open to al-Moustakbal movement, Dar al Fatwa [the Sunni religious seat] and all Sunnis." He asked that Lebanese "... refrain from fanatic support of any political figure or party." ₁
