2004-DEC-26 onwards: What has been called the largest aid and rescue project in the history of the world was mounted to help the victims of the South Asia Tsunami. Persons of all religious identifications, including Christians, Jews, Muslims, and secularists came to the aid of those devastated by the tsunami, who were mainly Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims. Religion did not matter. People with resources helped those without irrespective of their faith. |
